Vision boards

"When we're not celebrating our success, we are planning for more."

I've been blessed with very talented and ambitious women I call my friends. I believe we are all destined for tremendous greatness, not only because we work hard but because so much has already happened for us. 2013 was great to all of us. We celebrated new jobs, promotions, school acceptances, published books and so much more.

Yesterday we decided to get together and create vision boards to layout our plans for the new year. We spent hours cutting and pasting (literally) magazine clippings that symbolized what we wanted for ourselves spiritually, in our career, in our personal relationships and more.

Coming together to reflect on the past year and share our future plans and dreams with one another was very inspiring. I encourage you to do the same with your friends. It gives you the opportunity to encourage each other through the doubts and really layout a plan for yourself.

Everyone has their own reasoning for creating a vision board. I am a visioneer.  Seeing the images on my board daily serve as a reminder that helps me gravitate toward my dreams, and make them reality.

Future looks bright!

Digicel Top Up Award Presentation at Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival

Thousands flocked to Markham Park in Sunrise, Florida on November 10th to experience the best in Jamaican jerk style cuisines, Caribbean music, Jerk cooking demonstrations, domino tournaments, a games for kids and MORE.

The 12th Annual Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival is the Biggest Caribbean Food Festival in the USA!

Jerk Fest, wouldn't be Jerk Fest, without Digicel there! My bias opinion of course Here's a short video clip of me introducing the "Digicel Diaspora family" following the gift basket giveaway. This was shortly after the emcee's embarrassing announcement of his love for me.

Check it out!
